About Santiago Paint and Body

Located at 2515 E Commerce St, Tyler, TX 75702, Santiago Paint and Body operates as an auto repair shop serving Tyler in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Tyler, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Texas vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

No hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times. You can reach Santiago Paint and Body at (903) 944-0077; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 11 reviews, which is a strong result for an auto repair shop in Tyler and suggests consistent service.

Tyler is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Tyler follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had a great experience, Omar was very informative and professional. He always made sure I was updated on the progress of the work. I asked for additional work and he and his team were very accommodating. The final work was freaking awesome honestly... Better than I expected. He guaranteed his work, a huge plus! I will be recommending them and using their shop in the future 😊

Stay away, terrible workmanship, he has no idea what he's doing, then he tries to ask for more than he quoted, took a week longer than he said, and still wasn't finished when I got there I had to help reassemble the door that should have never been disassembled, Felt like he was lying every time I called.
